Clinic and Administrative Management Computerization of Offices and Medical Establishments

At INNOVA we have developed a set of systems of computerization for offices and medical establishments of various specialties. We endeavor to offer the healthcare professional a flexible and dynamic tool that makes it possible to store and retrieve patient and consultation data easily.

Main characteristics of the systems mentioned above:

-Data storage of patients’ personal details and history.

-Organization of appointments and other events.

-Possibility to work out automatically calculations which are normally made by hand. Results can be attached to the patient’s medical record.

-Generation of complete printed reports of patients and their medical history.

-Storage of documents, tests, and other papers commonly used in medical consultations. These systems allow physicians to digitalize (i.e. to store in digital form in the computer) the images from X-rays, tomographs, scans, etc. This saves the space taken up by those tests in the surgery and the time it takes to search for them in traditional filling cabinets.

-Automatic invoicing following current legal regulations.
